Hello Silk Road community,
Your response to our service has been overwhelming, literally. Therefore, we have decided to close so we can get enough MoneyPak MasterCard accounts and authorization to withdraw enough funds daily to handle the turnover that is being thrown our way. The initial projections for how much BTC would be exchanged on a daily basis were woefully inadequate and we did not have the necessary processing and withdrawal authorizations from MoneyPak to handle it.
We are targeting Sept 16 as the day to reopen for business! We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused to our loyal and amazing customers. We will be reopening with 500% more capacity for daily exchanges and, if that is not enough, will be adding further as the GreenDot MoneyPak company allows. Our low, low fees will remain the same!

This is terrible news for me as now I'm stuck with a moneypak and no coinage. If anyone could help me out and trade me some coins I'm only looking for 115$ worth of bitcoins, and I will be forever grateful.

Borneo I'm surprised that you didn't realized 75% of Silk Road customers would purchase BTC in this manner from you. Glad you have cleared the air. Wish it was cleared yesterday but that's ok.
Now if some BTC over stocked vendor would step in and take you place for 2 weeks it would be worth his while.
Just start another account and viola, i might even have an extra account but only as a middle man for you bitcoin transactions. I'd need at least a btc per transaction though.
